Tuesday, October 1 Pray for the students as they continue their studies. Ask God to help them to be faithful in doing their research and homework when other activities may call for their attention.

Saturday, November 2 Staff member Kay Jeske was part of a team who ministered to children in Bible clubs this summer–in Alaska, and in Yucatan, Mexico. Pray that the children who learned about Jesus there will dedicate their lives to Him.

Sunday, November 3 Please pray for our president, Larry Windle, and his wife, Ruth (both MLS ’97), as they carry out their many responsibilities at Rio Grande. Ask for God’s guidance for Larry and the Board as they make important decisions concerning this ministry.

Monday, November 4 Continue praying that many more Radio Esperanza listeners will put their faith in Jesus. The programs broadcast from our four stations reach not only local listeners, but also into Mexico, and throughout the world online.

Saturday, October 5 Bill and Sandi Graf will appreciate your prayers as Bill serves in our maintenance area and Sandi helps in other ways. They also oversee the work groups who come to help in the summertime. Thank the Lord for their ministries.

Wednesday, November 6 Remember in prayer various RGBM groups who meet at scheduled times: the Administrative Council, Faculty, Academic Committee, and the entire Staff. Pray for God’s direction in all the matters before them.

Thursday, November 7 Please pray today for Randy and Evelyn Kizzia of our staff. Randy serves in the Ministerial Advancement Department. Ask God to lead him in his contacts with those who support this ministry in prayer and financially.

Friday, November 8 Pray for our faculty who are taking advanced studies. Ask God to give them the ability to concentrate on what they are studying as they prepare to teach in new areas of our curriculum.

Saturday, November 9 Former staff members David and Denise Love (MLS’82) reach out to people in Colorado and across the globe. Pray for those who have heard the Gospel for the first time and for safety for Dave as he travels to “closed countries.”

Sunday, November 10 Remember Bob and Barb Kracht (MLS’75) in prayer today. Bob is on the faculty, is an assistant to the president, and editor of the Rio Grande Magazine, while Barb serves in the finance office.

Monday, November 11 Our leaders will appreciate prayer as we soon come to the end of another semester. Pray for the Lord’s leading in meetings that will yet take place and for the teachers as they give exams and prepare to submit student’s grades.

Tuesday, November 12 Dennis and Kay Kronberg recently changed their status from staff members to Winter Volunteers. Dennis serves in the maintenance area, and Kay does proofreading. We thank the Lord for their important contributions to this ministry over the years.

Wednesday, November 13 Pray for the professors who will be teaching some new course offerings in the new year. This includes those who teach the Master’s Degree courses, which are offered to our online students.

Thursday, November 14 Let’s pray today for the majority of our students who work in the afternoons, assisting in several areas of our campus. This enables Rio Grande to keep student fees low and helps the students learn new skills.

Friday, November 15 Take staff members Mark and Ruth Lans to the Lord in prayer. Mark teaches several classes in the language area. Ask God to bless their lives and use them to bless others today.

Saturday, November 16 In May, David and Ruth Rogers (MLS’84) returned to Chile, after being in the States for several months. Remember them in prayer as they continue their ministry with ABWE and deal with health issues.

Sunday, November 17 Remember in prayer our alumni who are ministering among Spanish speakers here in the US and in Canada. Pray that God will continue using them to reach out to immigrants who need the Lord.

Monday, November 18 Javier and Edina (Hernandez, SB’77) Lara will appreciate your prayers as Javier teaches in the Bible College and has a program on Radio Esperanza. In addition to their ministry here, they are active at a local church.

Wednesday, November 20 Our Daycare staff will appreciate your prayers as they care for the young children of our staff and students in the morning hours. Thank the Lord for this service for the parents who attend classes or have other responsibilities.

Thursday, November 21 Today’s Morning of Prayer focuses on the students’ outreach, sharing God’s Word in various areas. Pray that God will prepare them for this special ministry time during the Thanksgiving break, from this Saturday through Sunday, December 1.

Friday, November 22 Pray today for faculty member Gretchen Larsen (MLS’87), who teaches English here at Rio Grande. She was a missionary in Latin America for many years before returning to serve on our staff.

Saturday, November 23 Remember in prayer our students who will be graduating on December 10. Ask God to enable them to finish well and to continue following Him, wherever He may lead them in the future.

Sunday, November 24 Bob Kerr will value your prayers. He is on our faculty and also serves at Bibleville. Take him to the Lord in prayer, asking God’s blessing on his ministries today.

Monday, November 25 Pray for Itzel, widow of alumnus Rogelio Noguera (SB’13) who died several years ago of Covid. She continues ministering to children and young people in Chiapas, Mexico. Their only child is now three years old.

Tuesday, November 26 Tony and Helen Lim have been friends of RGBM for many years, with Helen continuing her ministry in our mail room. They often take part in special music programs, with Tony playing his saw. Remember them in prayer today.

Wednesday, November 27 Pray for our students who are on mission trips during the Thanksgiving break. Ask God to work through them as they take the Good News to people both near and far. Classes will resume on December 2.

Thursday, November 28 Today is Thanksgiving Day in the U.S. In spite of all that is happening in our world, we still have much to be thankful for. Let’s take this opportunity to thank our God for His many blessings.

Friday, November 29 Gerardo (SB’01) and Dalia (SB’22) Lorenzo serve at Radio Esperanza (Radio Hope). Gerardo is the General Manager, and Dalia works in programming and automation. Pray for them today as they continue this important ministry to thousands of Spanish-speaking listeners.
